What do YOU see in the mirror?

"But we all, with open face beholding as in a glass the glory of the Lord, are changed into the same image from glory to glory, even as by the Spirit of the Lord."
2 Corinthians 3:18, The Holy Bible, King James Version

When the Spirit fills us, we are transformed, and by beholding God we become a reflection of Him as in a mirror.  Allowing your life to become a mirror for others, is one of the greatest characteristics a Christian can exhibit reflecting a complete openness before God. When someone has been beholding the glory of the Lord,  he mirrors the Lordís own image. Be careful that nothing alters that mirror image in you.

Keeping our lives open to God is the most important rule for us is to follow.  Everything else including food, work, clothes, and stuff must be set aside. Our concentration on God must not be obscured by the frenzy of life. We must keep our lives completely spiritual by maintaining a position of beholding Him. Endure the criticism of others and allow life to continue on its path;  but never allow anything to obscure the life that "is hidden with Christ in God" (Colossians 3:3*). Never allow the relationship of abiding in Him be disrupted by a hurried lifestyle . We must guard against allowing it to happen. Learning how to live "beholding as in a glass the glory of the Lord" is one of the most difficult lessons of the Christian life.  When you look into a mirror, what do you see?  Does the image you see reflect the image of God?

*Colossians 3:3  "For ye are dead, and your life is hid with Christ in God."
1 Peter 1:16: "Because it is written, Be ye holy; for I am holy."
Matthew 5:48:
"Be ye therefore perfect, even as your Father which is in heaven is perfect."
